Right a fair few updates for you today. From a wide variety of sources, well the blogging community really. There is one site with a rather stinging attack on this here blog, but I’ll leave that for another post appearing shortly after this one, where I can directly reply to it as I feel it requires my direct and in depth reply.

Footygamer have updated once again with part two in Mike’s Leigh RMI Journal as he attempts to take Leigh RMI to success with a completely English side, in yet another twist on his famous Nationalist Challenge… erm Challenge.

From The Sideline have part two in the series of articles the author started yesterday, in which he looks at the big boys of the future, the youngsters who will one day turn into the new Zidane’s, Ronaldo’s and Beckham’s.

Who are the Big Boys part two?

Marvellous Scene, has a rather interesting look at… well I suppose the best way to describe it is as another “what’s next for FM” article. It doesn’t really offer any hard hitting critiques or opinions, just rather meanders through the idea that Football Manager will never be perfect and what SI should/will do come FM08.

It’ll never be good enough

Just Joey has a fresh insight into the Throw In (yes yet another article looking at that one site), which looks at the problems the site has, without being overly critical, and suggests ways in which the site can go about sorting out these problems. It’s a lot more constructive than the majority of articles that have appeared recently on the issue, good on the author for doing so.

Blog FM have a very helpful insight into the world of Football Manager Blogging with the authors latest article “the trouble with FM Blogs”. Primarily it highlights the issue of a lack of content for authors to write about, however it does delve into other issues as well and is a good read for any current or wannabe bloggers out there.
