How to play FM2008 in Windowed Mode

Are you looking to find out how to play Football Manager 2008 in windowed mode? If so then this is the place for you, for a complete explanation on how to get FM to display in windowed mode in FM2008.
1. Right click on the Fm 08 shortcut and open 'properties', should be on the desktop
2. Once opened go to the 'shortcut' tab
3. Add in the 'target' area: -small_screen -windowed
4. Finally, click 'apply' then click 'ok'
There are many ways of playing the game in window mode and here are the ways i know of.
1. Click 'options' > 'preferences'
2. Click 'display & sound' and untick 'full screen'
3. Click 'confirm"' to complete the task
Another way
1. Right click on the game shortcut and open 'properties', usually located on the desktop
2. Once opened go to the 'shortcut' tab
3. Add in the 'target' area: -small_screen -windowed
4. Finally, click 'apply' then click 'ok'
Another Way
If you used a downloaded programme to play in window mode in FM 2007 like i did as it was the only way it could be done on my laptop (i think i downloaded it from sigames.com but the download section is under maintenance), complete the following steps:
1. Go to 'program_files/sports_interactive/football_manager_2007 and if you have the file underlined in the picture below, carry on with the following steps.
2. Copy and paste that file (see above) to: program_files/sports_interactive/football_manager_2008
3. Make a shortcut of that file on your desktop
4. Right click on the shortcut of the programme and open 'properties', usually located on the desktop.
5. Once opened go to the 'shortcut' tab
6. Add in the 'target' area: "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\fm2007.bat"
7. Add in the 'start in' area: "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008"
8. Finally, click 'apply' then click 'ok'
Now open up that shortcut and the game will appear in windowed mode.
