Before all of the nitty gritty comes into place, what better way then to educate you into what will be happening across the course of the chapters. Firstly, I’ve decided to come up with this to help people develop their own way of tactics and In general help people to do it themselves. Naturally one can’t assume that this is the be all and end all, and reading this will make you win regardless. There are three basic steps to management as I see it; 1. Man Management - The ability to master the media, the ability to chop an change and deliver the right tweaks when required. 2. Money Management - Managing your money in a correct way, whether that be sustainable or development. Also buying in the right players and investing in youth. 3. The right tactics - Making sure you’re one step ahead and have the winning potential emulated from your players.

In this book of chapters I’ll try and help you master the third point. As I believe to any degree the others are almost impossible to teach. Again don’t assume everything in this is right, or that you’ll have to play like how I’ve described it. You can change if you feel strongly against something, this is just what works for me, and what I’ve told others to help it work for them.
