SimpleMOs Logo's Tutorial SimpleMOS Logos
SimpleMOS Logos template here
After opening the template open the layer group called Cores. There are two layers, both called path. As you can see, those layer represent the base of those logos- one layer is left side of the base and the other is the right side. Right click on the layer that represents left side of the base (it is usually over the "right half layer”) and select blending options. Then pick colour overlay and set the colour to primary colour of the team you're making. Do the same to the other layer called Path (the one that represents right side of the base), just set it's colour to team secondary colour (in my case it's white for Chelsea).
Here's what we have so far:
Reduced: 67% of original size [ 948 x 643 ] - Click to view full image
Pasting the logo on this template is a bit more complicated. The logo size that you're pasting depends on the shape of the logo. For eg. Chelsea logo is oval and we should set it's size to 140x140. It's explained in the template what logo size you should use for specific shapes, but I'll explain it anyway.
- Logo with bigger width than height should be resized to 150px width before pasting on the template (eg. Rosenborg)
- Logo with bigger height than width should be resized to 150px height before pasting on the template (eg. Celta Vigo)
- Round logos should be resized to 150x150px (eg. Chelsea)
- Square logos should be resized to 125x125px before pasting on the template (eg. Hamburg)
As you can see, I resized my logo to 150x150px and by doing that I finished my job on these logos.
