Paul Quinn is a young and upcoming Scottish defender who has lots of potential. I first spotted Paul when I was playing against him, whatever I asked my front men to do Paul seemed to get the better of them and he played like a rock against my side regardless of the way I played. Paul can either play as a right back or can play in the center of defence, his is equally as good in both but I prefer him on the right hand side due to the fact he has a wee bit of pace about him. He is also club captain for Motherwell and for a 21 year old you would think this would put pressure on the lad but Paul just gets down to work and gets on with it. With every defender obviously a needed attribute is defending, 15 is what paul starts of at. This is quite good in my opinion and if you can get him on the right schedule then this stat will rise.
One aspect that I admire of Paul's game is his bravery, at 17 Paul will never shirk a tackle and wont go in for a tackle and not give it his all. Also Work rate attribute at 16 shows he will give it his all and more. As I mentioned earlier, Paul is the skipper for his side Motherwell. With his influence stat at 19, Paul is the ideal leader. I myself prefer a captain who is a defender as well so with Paul this is a bonus. At only 21 years old I can't stress how much potential he has in this game, he even has a bit of pace added to the fact he is that hard hitting tackler who leads from the front. I don't know about you but for the value he is rated at Paul must be worth a buy.
Paul is likely to go to any Premiership club and more higher ranked Championship ones but I feel he would be better at one of the Old Firm teams. I just feel the way he plays is suited to the Scottish style of play due to the fact he likes battling away and winning tackles. I would recommend offering £250,000 for Paul to begin with, this will likely be rejected but Motherwell will more than likely come back with an asking price of around the £300,000 mark. Now for a man of Paul's quality abroad you would be shelling out fortunes for him but you are lucky he plays in Scotland and I can't stress how much I feel he can bring to your squad. All ready he is a decent player, imagine how good he can be in years to come? He will become the ideal leader for your team and is someone I would be proud to hand the armband to. When I mentioned the training schedule, I recommend downloading this and using the center back schedule for Paul.
