Scout Attributes

The most vital and important attributes for scouts are Judging Player Ability and Judging Player Potential. Their names explain their meaning actually. Other attributes don’t matter for scouts in my humble opinion. So when you seek for a new scout look only at these two.

Scouts have different levels of knowledge for distinct countries. At the bottom area of scout profile you can see them in a form of graphic rows sorted in descending order. Each knowledge is based on many factors: nationality, favourite team, nationality of a club, acquired knowledge and so on.
Quantity of players found by scout depends highly on knowledge of the country where he is assigned to.
Knowledge level of distinct country by scout can be increased in the following ways:
- Sending scout to this distinct country
- Sign other staff member with nationality of this distinct country.
- Get a feeder/parent club of this distinct country.
